I recive about a hundred emails in my bulk folder daily. I don’t mind, I just review the bulk mail and empty the folder, but sometimes a relevant email will be in my bulk folder and I just move it to my inbox. My two questions are: 1:a) Why do I recieve so much bulk mail,and 1:b) how can I stop them ? and 2 :(and this is the important one) I recieve an email in my bulk folder at least once a week from tsoldo@yahoo.com, that is the exact same email as mine, and it says:

My biggest concern is not that I am being solicited, but that someone else can have the exact same email as mine, Anyone could email anyone else using my email address and they would think it was from me, you understand?
How is this possible that someone else can have the same exact email as me? I don’t want to change my email address after all these years, but, I assume that you have the power to stop someone else from using my email address, by threatening to cancel their yahoo account.
